Cypresswood Estates is the first LEED Platinum Senior Affordable Housing project in Houston, Texas. It is the brainchild of the forward thinking folks at the Harris County Housing Authority. They believed in an energy efficient, clean and beautiful place is deserving to all the seniors needing affordable housing.

A major renovation project for a Marriott Courtyard Hotel, our renderings had to be 100% accurate in all materials and finishes as spec by the client. To show how accurate our renderings were, there is a 3D and actual photo of the completed project.
