International Housing Solutions (IHS)

IHS is a housing solutions consultant and builder that works hand in hand with governing bodies and local municipalities. They provide a program of how to tackle tricky housing crisis in Africa while being sensitive to cultural and traditional practices. The logo had to show diversity, equality in unison that no one race, or religion was above and that everyone has the right to adequate housing that is a safe place to call home. The featured IHS project was a proposed housing development in Nyanga, South Africa.

GREEN Prefabricated Homes made in China and installed in America, was Stalwart’s vision when prefab homes were just beginning to become popular in America. Their business model was complicated utilizing the EB5 government program that had to be explained easily in their brochure, much research and understanding had to be done to create the info graphic.

They believed in an energy efficient, clean and beautiful place is deserving to all the seniors needing affordable housing.
