TransHudson Apartments
Multi-family residential project in Williston, North Dakota. This was a fast and furious project collaborating with my favorite 3D artist, Josh Cochran. He did all of the exteriors while I focused on all the interiors rendering and putting the promotional video together.

Sierra Meadows Apartments
A veteran themed senior affordable housing project in Houston, Texas. A very unique project that the client’s brief was to continue the Patriots by the Lake umbrella and create a truly American themed residential project. The swimming pool was specially made in the shape of America. I placed a comparison of our rendering to the completed pool just for reference.

Patriots by the Lake
A veteran themed master plan community dreamed by the Harris County Housing Authority to honor and provide VA services, housing, life skills training. The site even proposed a memorial for the Afgan, Iraq war. However, the dream never came true with funding and political barriers. Nonetheless, I was proud to be the Creative Director on this project, creating the Brand Identity, website and promotional video.
